Apparently Bridgewater was sick while playing yesterday.

Sean Payton revealed after Sunday's game that Teddy Bridgewater was sick and that he thought about taking him out of the game a little earlier -- but the Saints only had two QBs available since they wanted to keep Drew Brees sidelined. Payton also stressed that Bridgewater "didn't get a lot of help" while the Saints offense struggled in the first half. ... Meanwhile, backup QB Taysom Hill deserves praise for rallying the Saints to a come-from-behind win with his arm (11-of-15 for 136 yards and 2 TDs) and his legs (five carries for 53 yards). CBS' broadcasters also revealed that Payton compared Hill's potential to Steve Young in their pregame meetings.
