This. The “Ken N was never offered” narrative is one of the strangest that has existed on CB since 2015.
I think it partially comes from some BYU fans refusing to consider that anyone targeted by BYU for the job would never turn down the opportunity.
It was clear from day 1 that Ken was the top target. Bottom line is he wanted to make his own hires and choose his own schemes. With Tom wanting Ty as OC it likely was something Ken wasn’t comfortable with.
