This isn't a one year trend. Aaron had 6 straight years above 100 PER and has hit that mark once in the last 5 years. The rest of the league is seeing QBs PER's continually increasing and Aaron's is plummeting.

Now he is still a very good QB, but not where he was. That isn't even mentioning the off the field problems.
