One of my best friends, who’s the father or two BYU football players...
is a Ute grad but BYU fan and cougar club member. Never has like Utah despite the degree.
One of my other good friends is a Utah grad and former pitcher on the Utah baseball team. Big time alumni and supporter of the Utah engineering school. BYU fan, unabashed, dislikes Utah immensely for athletics and loves BYU.
Not the only ones I know either.
