I get it as a part of my HOA, so I don't know what the installation requires

But since I've upgraded my router I've seen high speeds, he claims 100 MB but I haven't checked.

I'd honestly call and ask him, he's a super nice guy. CenturyLink unintentionally cut our connection one time and he came out at 5 AM on a Saturday just to help us out.
