I am surprised how much better HD content looks too
Upscaling works! The HD (non-4K) content looks much better on an LG 4K TV than on our previous HD TV.
4K content is great! I didn't think I would care much. But the difference is noticeable. I hope it becomes the standard soon.

Do you mean QLED vs OLED? UHD is simply a resolution, not a display type. And yes, you should consider the LG
