The LB not getting outside after the block on the inside. The pass probably being the hardest part of that play. That is the hardest throw for a QB to make.

If the LB had read the WR running in the flat a step sooner it would’ve been a play for no gain. He read it, but just barely too late.

Too many variables for a 4th down play call, IMO. Then again, I’m sitting at home on my couch while these guys are on the sidelines calling the plays.
