My guess is Stanford. They have the benefit of playing in a weaker conference,
so their path to a zero or one loss season is easier. They have had enough recent success to be successful at recruiting.

The other schools have big hurdles in their way:

-Tennessee has a long way to go to be a top SEC team and would have a hard time elevating themselves above Bama, GA, and LSU.

-Pitt has Clemson standing in their way, plus their recruiting will never be top tier.

-Nebraska has the brand name to get good players, but they have to go through Michigan and Ohio State.

-BC is similar to Pitt in that they will always have to compete with Clemson and will rarely recruit the players to do that.

-Michigan State is my #2 guess from the list of teams, but they have to deal with Michigan and Ohio State for recruits and on the field.

-The Buffs aren't competing with any historical juggernauts in the P12 for the conference title, but they aren't a good football team.
