Fire the DC, fire the OL coach, make a co-OC of AR and JG.
But in reality, have Grimes coach the OL again and learn from AR about how to call plays.
Get a Rocky Long / Bronco disciple to be the DC. I'd even take Scalley if we could throw enough money at him to somehow pry him from the yewts.
New Strength and Conditioning coach.
New Special Teams coach.
