We are on the verge of a 3rd straight season with a finish worse than 60 which
we hadn't had a single season finish below 60 since 2003.
If you inherit a program with highs in the teens and an average 33 finish, and after 4 years you are averaging a bottom-half FBS finish---the program is not "improving".
