In response to your first post my absolute preference would be the LC. I’m just trying to justify the cost, especially since it’s going to be my wife’s daily driver which I’ll use for camping and trailing 8-10 times a year.

I’m surprised that aftermarket for the LX is worse than the LC as well. Doesn’t make sense to me, but from what I’ve read they are truly built for luxury and don’t have all the off-road qualities the LC does.

Ultimately the GX seems to have everything that I’ll need for the most part, just not all the things that I want like the LC does. IMO, the Land Cruiser is the greatest vehicle ever made, with the 4Runner in a close 2nd. Just all around awesome vehicles.

I REALLY want the LC but unless I can find a relatively new one for “cheap” then it’s looking like GX will be where we end up. They’ll still run forever (at least I’m hoping that’s the case) but just won’t have the complete solidity and space the LC offers.
