Clearly, the voters, and talking heads
are taking Yoeli's suspension into consideration and starting to view the Cougars with a resume congruent with where the computers are ranking them.

Further, BYU has two chances against a top ranked team to solidify that human perception. One at home and one on a neutral court. BYU will be the healthiest and playing the best it has been all year, even with Toolsen's ankle injury, for these final games. If BYU beats Gonzaga at home, wins the rest of its games against WCC teams and competes with the Zags, while even losing, for a full 40 minutes in the WCC Championship game then I think BYU will get a seed it deserves- 5 or 6 IMO.

In other words I am not convinced that those losses will hold BYU back if they can steal one from the Zags at home, win the games they should against WCC foes if they are a legitimate top 25 team and keep it close vs the Zags in Vegas.
