I moved to the bay area in 2019 from Texas.
So my income went up after the move, but I'm not really any richer because of it. Probably broke even. So I'm in the same boat, 2018 return would have gotten the full stimulus, 2019 return gets me nothing. Oh well. I don't feel entitled to it in any way, but I can spend $1200 just as well as the next guy.
