ReyOso Intervention Needed

It would be simple, cheap, and hopefully allow us to muddle through until we have a vaccine.

The mask theory seems almost too easy, but it's working for Japan without extreme measures. Not that they're totally out of the woods, but they're doing a whole lot better than most.
