I lived in Alpine when my kids were little and I would ride horses
up that trail almost weekly with my daughter. Really pretty. One of the "things to watch out for" you missed....Rattlesnakes. I have seen 3 or 4 up on that trail over the years.

There are also a ton of Bridal Veil falls, and the famous one isn't in Utah
