He would tell people to do whatever travel or what they needed to do their job. No questions asked. People would take a few “work” vacations. People in the warehouse would punch in, make some excuse and go golfing at Eastbay. No one ever questioned it.

After a while employees would realize hey, this guy really trusts and believes in me.
