I'm all for clean air, but we had a total of 1 unhealthy day this winter. Not the best timing for UPHE to bang this drum

The quarantine didn’t go into effect until mid-March. Wouldn’t most inversion days have happened earlier?

Yes, the inversion season is essentially early December through late February

No, it's entirely driven by the weather. We had regular, frequent storm cycles that swept out the valley air.
