Overall Social distancing is going to limit transmission to some degree, but no it didn't move the needle like some are claiming. The transmissions were steady and even declining in many areas before social distancing measures took effect.
This will be looked back on as one of the greatest over-reactions in history. Even still they can't commit to letting non-essential business open up within the next month. Even though the hard data is staring them in the face.
