If I was buying a mattress only, I'd go to The Warehouse. I've been impressed with the mattresses you can get there for cheap. Like - got yelled at by my wife for not spending enough money on a mattress for my daughter, cheap. Till my daughter told her how much she loved it and how comfortable it was.

If I wanted some kind of frame for it, I'd probably go to Ikea.
