36% = 35-75 w preexisting health condition; most of remaining 64% = 76 & over.
Yes, some personnel/employees will need to stay away.
But the bigger question is — How much does that number drop when you put it 35-55 vs 56-75, or even 35-65 vs 66-75? I bet it drops significantly in both cases.
35-55 covers all our staff. Very few college coaches out there are over 65.
