That doesn't mean, necessarily, that the weaker kids will get the same playing time in tight/tough games. Everybody is happier when we win.

But, when games are out or reach (whether we are ahead or behind), the weaker players get more playing time. Over the season, each kid in a rec league team should feel like they got their money's worth in playing time.
