I think the only real argument you could make is that this year's QB class is a
lot better than next years. He has a chance to go first round this year but nothing he can do will move him ahead of Fields or Lawrence. Next year, he would be right in the discussion with Slovis and Howell as the first QB off the board. However, he also takes on the risk that the team isn't as good, doesn't perform as well, injury, etc.
