Our HR policies need to be managed differently. What we can stock and sell in our California stores often can't match what we sell and managed in the rest of our nationwide stores. We have to have California specific labeling that can result in big fines and costs if not specifically followed... that is a lot of risk when our portfolio includes almost 1 million SKUs.
