A small committee with even fewer teams to consider creates a massive conflict even if he isn’t in the room. He’s the chair and everyone knows it. Look at Iowa and Iowa st recent rises in the rankings compared to everyone else’s.

I didn’t realize that he is a current AD. How in the world does that happen? Seems like a massive conflict of interest.
