had a buddy who bought an old house and the lady left some things in a closet.
one of the things was an old small safe that she said she thinks was her husband's, who died. she couldn't get it open and didn't want it. she said it was empty.
my buddy cut it open and there was 35k in cash in the safe.
he called the lady and gave it to her.
