Allow access to all P5 champions plus top 3 G5 (by rankings) champions
plus highest ranked eight at-large teams regardless of conference or non-conference (Indy). Most years this would mean the top 16 teams.
There are several other options including an eight team: all P5 conference champions plus best G5 conference champions
