The NCAA announced that it would not vote on the proposal,
at next week, as originally scheduled. The ruling on NIL legislation is also postponed.
The NCAA will awaiting the SupremecCourt decision on their appeal regarding player compensation. SCOTUS is not expected to decide until December.
The earliest the new transfer rule can become effective is at the start of 2022-23.
