I write with my right hand. I throw a football with both hands. Right is a little more accurate but left can throw further, probably due to all my years of throwing a baseball with my left hand. One time in baseball I was playing first base and my glove broke and balls would just pass through the net like there was nothing there. There weren't any left handed players on the team so I played as a righty the whole game and did just fine. I just borrowed someone else's glove.

I can jump off both feet, thus I did triple jump in high school. I do prefer to jump on my right foot though, as I did in long jump. Same goes with kicking.

Basketball I can shoot with both, but I prefer the right, and the same goes for writing.

I can do just about everything using both but I have my preferences.

I've never tried golfing left handed though, I should give that a try.
