There are hundreds of chip companies who supply the auto industry, although most of them are low-end chips (stuff like brake controllers or low-end microprocessers to run "infotainment" features). Most of the big dollar chips/platforms for the auto makers are in AVs. Mobileye (owned by INTC) is the big player there. Volumes are still very low but some are predicting that AVs will become a $10B to $20B market in the next several years. We'll see.
