I probably shouldn’t give my take as I haven’t actually watched a game but try and follow the stats when I can.

Dominant pitcher? Well, I think Moffat is very good—but not elite. Paulson can also be pretty good but very inconsistent (never been a big fan of her pitching philosophy for attacking hitters).

We’ve been a little spoiled because BYU has had some really dominant pitchers this past decade.

Biggest problem I see this year (same as last year) is not enough good hitters. Again, a little spoiled as in years past we’ve also had outstanding hitting. BYU would have a couple hitters at .400 and 7 of the 9 hitting over.309.

Last few years it been only a couple of good hitters.

Fortunately , unlike soccer and VB, WCC Softball is very mediocre.
