I'd wait a month after vaccination to donate blood so that I can see my serologic response. Red Cross is now showing
serologic status to all donors on the app.
But yeah there's no medical reason you can't donate the next day after vaccination.

Got the Moderna vaccine. It was way more sore than any flu shot I've ever had, but other than that no symptoms

Pfizer- sore arm 1st shot. a little dizziness morning after 2nd shot but went away quickly (and almost no soreness)
