I'm a big fan. My buddy is a huge Indians fan and he told me about how Bauer was bullied all through school. That explains the chip on his shoulder and his tendency to punch back when people try to intimidate him. Dave Roberts loves him, as do his teammates. That's all I need to know. I was also a huge Jeff Kent fan, but he was not a popular guy in his own clubhouse. There have been a few jerks who were difficult clubhouse guys on the Dodgers over the years (Kent, Sheffield, Kevin Brown, Puig), but Bauer doesn't appear to be one of them so far.
