They have Forest Rangers and BLM Troopers who come out to verify you've moved every 14 or 16 days, whichever it is, and measure off the five or twenty-five miles to make sure you are in compliance. They are very picky, no getting around the rules. Biden and Harris check up on them to make sure it gets done.

Even Smokey Bear is subject to the same rules. The good thing is that the Rangers will bring Smokey a picnic basket. Not sure if they do that for everyone.
