Maybe most impressive performance was Courtney Wayment in the steeple
Not sure if Courtney has lost a race this year in any event, but she just ran an NCAA best by 6 seconds in the steeple and obliteratedthe BYU record by 11 seconds. She already has 2 individual titles this year. If she runs that time again at nationals should be 3.
