regular suicidal thoughts. I have many struggles and I just get tired of them.
I’ve noticed I am often depressed at night. The times I have come the closest to suicide were at night. Things are always better in the morning...must be something biological.
So if you can just get yourself to lay down
Anyway didn’t mean to preach at you. Just know you aren’t alone. I empathize with you and ache knowing someone else out there feels similar
