They could keep Keystone going to provide options in the future.

Since we've axed Keystone we've seen a ship get stuck in the Suez, Colonial get hacked, and a freak deep freeze in Texas throw that state into a debacle.

Not sure why we think it's good policy to shutdown the Keystone Pipeline just so Warren Buffet's railways can keep up high rates to rail our oil.
