can get good representation. They pride themselves on a high conviction rate (99% IIRC). That means they only take on cases they feel they can win. Just be prepared for the possibility that they won't let him talk to family, or they may not allow him to have access to medical records which may substantiate his claim... or hold him indefinitely. The fact that there were fatalities complicates things.
