I watch Masterchef Australia, it's such a positive show, the cooks have tremendous talents and aren't ridiculed, and
treat each other with great respect. But what is best about it is how they love their country and use some truly different local plants, proteins, and veg to make some impressive food.
I had roo when I was in Aus, I was amazed how much I like it. It was like a cross of buffalo and probably elk.
And I agree, there are so many drama queens out there who claim to be great cooks but lack imagination using regular ingredients.
