They have more young but very promising players stepping into major roles this season.

It could go very well...or pretty badly for them. With coach Bennett, if I were a SMC's fan — I'd be quite excited --cautiously excited-- for their upcoming season.

BYU's ceiling for improvement probably isn't as high as SMC's this season, but we also are less likely to flop.

That said, if either Fouss or Atiki comes in & shocks us with their game-readiness — maybe we end up in a situation where we're fighting for a high NCAA seed, rather than just a spot in the playing field. Not expecting that, but perhaps it's a possible scenario.
