Yep. Bad NBA teams end up picking high, and then make bad picks I guess.
Hard for Houston to make that pick with what they owe Wall. Cleveland probably feels like they can't do it because of Garland/Sexton picks.
If Suggs falls to 4, Toronto is going to get a nice haul of picks from OKC to move down two spots.
