It was at a Mexican restaurant in China. Noticed one of the tortilla chips had a cockroach fried into it. Pointed that out to the waitress, and she took the basket away. Didn't bring a replacement.

I was a bit miffed because it was just the one cockroach. If I wasn't getting a fresh basket, I at least wanted the other chips (I'd been in China a long time...my standards had gone way down).
