I ended up with USC/UCLA/Stanford/Washington/Oregon/ArizonaSt/Utah/Colorado from the PAC

Oklahoma St/BYU/UCF/Houston/Cincy/TCU/Baylor/Kansas St from the Big 12 (though I'm open to swapping out that last team....)

Seems to me that the BIG12 & PAC12 would be worth more merged. I could be wrong
