Del taco is great because they actually cook real food. Their beans are real beans, their meat is real meat, their
cheese is actually grated every day. I like taco bell too, but when everything comes in dehydrated and has to be reconstituted and "cooked" in sous vide things, you aren't going to beat someone cooking it up fresh.
