Housing market is definitely cooling in the markets I track. I think the only
people buying right now are people who have to move and maybe some low leverage/all cash buyers.
I don’t think it will crash, but the plateau is already happening. Hard to know what will happen without knowing how much higher interest rates will go/how many people will lose jobs in a recession.
