In 2020, the last full year before COVID messed with the numbers, Zona athletics
brought in $105 million in revenue. That was good for likely 7th best in the PAC12 (I say likely as we don't have the numbers for SoCal and Stanford).

OrSt and WaSt brought in $82 million and $71 million, respectively, which was good enough for second worst and worst in the PAC12.

That's why nobody wants those two schools.


For informational purposes, Utah pulled in $99 mil, and CU $95 mil. UCLA, ASU, Oregon, Washington (in ascending order) plus SoCal and Stanford all pulled in significantly more than that. Surprisingly, Oregon is not that far ahead of ASU, but ASU does have a sizeable lead over UCLA.
