think that because Utah wasn't playing big games against USC in the 70s and 80s that no one cares about this game?

Most of the HS and college players can't even remember a year Utah wasn't ranked.
I don't get the logic. Utah is #11. The Defending champs and the only team to have beaten USC. The Trojans want this.
