Transfer rankings do not take outgoing transfers into account. I would say BYU lost about as much as they gained (The Athletic says they lost more) and therefore the 66th overall composite ranking (just high schoolers) is a more accurate representation in this recruiting period. If transfers is net zero, then the ranking shouldn’t change from the 66th composite rank
