The State-wide snow water equivalent right now is just over two feet.
Utah has a surface area of 54,336,000 acres. Two feet of snow water equivalent across the state would mean we’re sitting on 108,672,000 ac-ft of water right now.

Lake Powell’s capacity is 24,322,000. So yes, in theory if we could somehow funnel it all to Lake Powell without evaporation or infiltration losses then we could fill it up four times over.
