Utah, Arizona and Arizona St have all gone on the record, not only that they're committed to the PAC (to be expected in this case), but we'll beyond that.

There's been a noticeable uptick in confidence about the $, and more willingness to fire back against the Big 12, whether that's stating that so much drama is driven by Big 12 propaganda/PR or flat out stating "We're not going to the Big 12" (as the Arizona president did)

The way they're behaving, they really do seem to have confidence... But the guys with connections on the other side (Ourand/Marchand) don't seem to see it. At this point, it's just a case that someone is wrong, no other option.

Maybe Kliavkoff is flat out lying to the University Presidents. Maybe Ourand/Marchand are missing something. But there's a clear disconnect
