He finally registered a 'business' in Montana and then registered all of his cars (4 total, I think) so that he could order black Montana plates. TBF - Montana has like 50 options and the black options are actually pretty cool.

He obviously didn't know about this new hack from OP.

Seems like a lot of trouble to get black plates.
